This beauty of a lady is a trained Yoga Instructor through Yoga Town and even more exciting is the fact that today is her Birthday! Carly is incredibly patient, kind, and supportive – qualities that make her an incredible yoga instructor. Add that to her big heart, positive attitude, and outrageous bendy-ness and anyone learning from her is in good hands.

This beautiful soul has been a rock for me through some tough days and I am so lucky to call her a friend! Happy Birthday Carly – I am sending you tons of love today darling!
