Dow’s Lake Lago Wedding // Stephanie + Bruce

Stephanie and Bruce’s Lago wedding at Dow’s Lake will forever hold a special place in my heart. The kindness and love that Stephanie and Bruce share with each other and everyone around them is so genuine and pure. These two are so lucky to have found one another and I feel so lucky to have witnessed them becoming husband and wife. Their classic wedding featured beautiful yellow and blue accents and lots of love!

We had originally planned on doing a First Look at the Arboretum, but weather was not on our side. Instead we found a beautiful spot at the Delta hotel for Stephanie and Bruce to see each other. It was wonderful and proof that not even Mother Nature could dampen the day’s celebration.

This picture of Stephanie and her dad was a hard one for me to take, but I am so happy to share it today. I sadly lost my own father unexpectedly just 2 days before Stephanie and Bruce’s wedding and more than ever I can understand the value of a photograph. I cannot thank Stephanie, Bruce and their families enough for the kindness that they showed to me. There were moments in the day that I needed to pause and take a deep breath and they were so understanding. After taking this picture of Stephanie and her father I had one of those moments and Stephanie immediately saw my emotion and came right to give me hug. I am so lucky to work with couples who are as thoughtful, caring, and lovely as Stephanie and Bruce.
