Chic Dow’s Lake Lago Wedding // Jaclyn + Joel

Jaclyn and Joel’s chic Dow’s Lake Lago wedding was an extraordinary day. Despite a few bumps (like the torrential downpour when we had planned photos and another Bride accidentally stealing our limo), it was a wonderful celebration for an absolutely lovely couple. Jaclyn and Joel just rolled with the changes in the day like it was nothing, and truly it probably was to them. Getting to marry their best friend was what mattered and it was a perfect day to celebrate their love story! After a emotional ceremony and a blessing at Joel’s family church, we headed to the Museum of Nature to hide out from the rain and have some fun with photos. Once we got to the reception it was all laughing, sweet stories, and toasting to the happy couple. There was definitely a few teary eyes (or what became affectionately known and “pulling a Todd”) as friends and family expressed their love and appreciation for Jaclyn and Joel.

Pearl Decor blew me away with the gorgeous Chic reception decor that featured high-low centrepieces, white draping from the ceiling, and gorgeous gold and crystal accents all around. It was the perfect back drop to celebrate the new Mr. and Mrs.
