Liz + Aaron // Old Heritage Inn Wedding Portraits

Everyone always says rain on your wedding day is good luck and as someone who had rain on their wedding day… I like to believe that saying.

As a photographer we hope for beautiful, lightly overcast sky on wedding days, but Liz and Aaron’s day was definitely not like that. It poured. But, Liz’s awesome dad was planning ahead! He booked a suite in the old Heritage Inn on the main street and I was so excited that he did. After the ceremony we all headed over to the Inn and I was blown away with how beautiful it was! The guys ordered beers from the bar downstairs and someone brought up some wine for the ladies. It was a pretty perfect way to enjoy photos on a wedding day!

When you have a beautiful rain plan, I guess rain on your wedding day is not the worst thing. For the record though, I don’t think Liz and Aaron will need the luck of wedding day rain. I think these two are going to have many years of happiness together.
