Serena // Glamour and Boudoir Session

I had so much fun doing this shoot with Serena. She is such a lovely lady and her smile just melts my heart a little. She rocked this Glamour session with a little boudoir and little simplistic beauty. Together we came up with a shoot that fit her personality and gave this gorgeous natural redhead some images...

        You are Beautiful

I love photographing couples in love. Being able to capture the emotion and feeling of a couple in love is so rewarding and quite honestly… fun. The only part of this job that hurts my heart a little is when I hear a woman offer up harsh self-criticism towards her appearance or her body. Far...

          Good morning Brittany,

I was wondering if you have any upcoming Glamour/Boudoir marathon sessions scheduled and if not if you’d be interested in booking an individual session.

I was looking to surprise my husband with some pictures for our wedding anniversary.

          Thank you,
          Lisa MacDonaldReplyCancel

Turquoise Dining Nook | A little home tour

Sometimes small spaces can be hardest to dress up. My main floor is open concept with a dining area, kitchen and living room. The dining area is not huge so it took us some time after we moved in to really figure out how to spruce it up. When we first moved in we had...

Amazing makeover, love the turquoise color you used on the walls! Also love that you mixed and matched your dining room chairs, but by painting them white and using the same chair seat fabric, you integrated them together and make them really look cohesive. Don’t you love your Ikea cart? I have the same one, I only bought it because of the color, but am finding it to be very useful in the kitchen.

Question: where did you find your “This and That” and “Bits and Bobs” canisters? They’re adorable!ReplyCancel

Thanks! The ikea cart is great and I just love that it came in that colour. I got the yellow tins from a little shop in Bobcaygeon, Ontario. They were a totally random find but they fit in perfectly!ReplyCancel

Thanks Laura! The Turquoise colour is Behr “Balmy Seas” and the grey is Behr “Gentle Rain”.ReplyCancel

Beautiful! I would love to know where you got the set of three prints in your living room.
          Great job on the rooms!ReplyCancel

Hi Jennifer. Thanks so much! I had a really hard time finding prints that I loved big enough to fill the frames, so it is actually wrapping paper in them! I found the wrapping paper at Winners and they had the same pattern in three different colours so it was perfect. During the Holidays I actually swapped the paper out for Christmas wrapping paper and it looked great!ReplyCancel
